What can the Panthers do to get a win

Bryce Young was 26 of 46 passing for 298 yards and a touchdown in a thrilling   overtime game but it wasn't enough.  as the Panthers lost to the Bucs 26-23. 

Baker Mayfield finished 21 of 33 for 235 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions. He improved to 4-0 against the Panthers, who cut him in 2022.  Mike Evans caught five passes for 118 yards, including a one-handed touchdown catch.   A career-high 152 yards and a touchdown were scored by Bucky Irving for the Buccaneers

Adam Thielen hauled in a one-handed grab to reach Tampa Bay territory as Young and the Panthers moved into position for the game-winning score.   On the next play, Chuba Hubbard fumbled, and Mayfield took over.  He connected with Evans for 21 yards, and Rashaad White broke free for a 38-yard run to reach Carolina's   10. This set up McLaughlin’s fourth field goal of the game. 

Earlier in the season, Young struggled with consistency and accuracy, often facing pressure from opposing defenses. However, in recent games, he has shown remarkable improvement in his decision-making and poise under pressure, demonstrating his growing confidence and adaptability on the field. This progress has been evident in his ability to lead the offense more effectively and deliver critical passes in high-stakes situations.
