University of South Carolina LaNorris Sellers was named offensive player of the week.

LaNorris Sellers led South Carolina (7-3, 5-3 in the SEC) to a 34-30 victory over rival Missouri.  During the game, Sellers completed 21-of-30 passes for 353 yards and five touchdowns for a career high.   Additionally, he rushed for 45 yards, which brought his total yardage to 398, a career high.


His outstanding performance not only contributed significantly to the team's victory but also showcased his ability to excel under pressure. This game highlighted Sellers as a key player in the SEC, solidifying his reputation as a formidable offensive talent. His achievements in this matchup could have a positive impact on his future prospects and the team's morale.  Note he is only a freshman
