Turnovers killed the Celtics, as they dropped Game 2 to the Heat, 106-101

Orlando- The Boston Celtics had a second half meltdown, as the Heat took advantage of Boston's 19 turnovers and got the victory to go up 2-0 in the series.


Boston came out firing in the first half, Kemba Walker was very aggressive with getting to his spots on the floor. He hit a couple of shots and had that swag that he was not messing around in Game 2. Walker was 6 out of 10 from the field and had 14 points to finish the half. Another person that stepped up was Marcus Smart .Smart did a good job with stopping the Heat from hitting open shots. He had a couple of steals and make life difficult for the Heat to get a good run going. Boston was shooting 58% from the field and at the end of the half, they had a 60-47 lead.


Midway in the third quarter, the Heat went on a 9-0 run to cut the Celtics' lead to single digits, as Duncan Robinson and Bam Adebayo started to heat up in the quarter. Boston had no answer for Bam, as he controlled the paint, grabbed rebounds, and was active with getting his teammates involved with his passing. Boston blew a 17 point lead, as the Heat grabbed a a seven point lead at the end of the third, 84-77.


The Celtics went on a 15-4 run to regain the lead late in the in the fourth quarter, but a big time three by Goran Dragic gave the Heat a little cushion with a five point lead. Boston attempted to tie the game with a three point shot, but it bounced on the back rim and the Heat went on to take a 2-0 lead in the series. The Celtics' had 19 turnovers that helped the Heat get the victory.
