Tiffany Haddish will star as Flo-Jo in upcoming Biopic

Los Angeles- On Thursday, it was announced that Tiffany Haddish will play iconic track star Florence Griffith Joyner in upcoming Biopic.

The fastest woman who lived will get a Biopic and the actress who will play Flo-Jo will be comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish. Haddish as well as other women looked up to Flo-Jo, as a woman of representation, class, and change in society.

When Haddish found out that she will be playing the iconic Flo-Jo she had this to say about it. “I am looking forward to telling Flo-Jo’s story the way it should be told,” said Haddish. “My goal with this film is making sure that younger generations know my ‘she-ro’ Flo-Jo, the fastest woman in the world to this day, existed.”
