The Weeknd Will Headline Super Bowl 55 Halftime Show

Los Angeles- Pop singer The Weeknd will be the headline artist performing during the Super Bowl 55 Halftime Show.

The Weeknd is excited at the opportunity to perform his hits during the halftime show during Super bowl 55. "We all grow up watching the world's biggest acts playing the Super Bowl and one can only dream of being in that position. I'm humbled, honored and ecstatic to be the center of that infamous stage this year," said The Weeknd.

In a year that is uncertain, the Super Bowl hype is still at an all time high. Since the pandemic is still ongoing, the NFL is allowing around 15,000 fans in the stands for the Super Bowl. Face masks and social distancing are required to enter the stadium. It will be interesting to see if the NFL will allow more people if the COVID cases go down. Only time will tell.
