The Pacers dropped the ball in Game 1
With only 3.2 seconds left in regulation, all the Pacers needed to do was not foul a three-point shooter. Instead of playing chess with fouling a player for two free throws, the Pacers decided to play checkers and go against the grain. Jalen Brown was like bet and hit a very tough three to send the game in overtime.
Indiana's superstar Tyrese Haliburton had a troubling manner of turning the ball over, which Boston took advantage of. The Celtics hit big shot after big shot and eventually was able to escape with 133-128 victory. T. Haliburton had 25 points, while Tatum finished with 36 points.
