After Royal Rumble and a boxing match ended the night of sports on Saturday, things would quickly turn into a what in the world as social media exploded upon hearing about a shocking trade.

The Lakers and the Mavericks decided that it was time to rebuild and made some huge trade. LA decided to thank Anothy Davis and send him to Dallas along with Max Christie and a first-round draft pick, while Dallas sent their franchise leader in Luka Doncic, Max Kleber, and Markieff Morris. Now, you can say that on paper, the Lakers won the trade, however a lot of people felt like that trade did not make any sense.

LA looks to build for their future after LeBron James retires, but the player they traded away was a two-way player. Yes, AD has so many injuries that he has battled with, but when he was on the court, he was a force to be reckoned with. However, Luka is a one-way player and lacks being a great defender. Also, what Luka are they getting would be the question, because Luka is coming off an injury as well. It will be very interesting to see what team will improve with their new players.
