Swizz Beatz and Timberland sell Verzuz to Triller Network

Los Angeles- The creators of Verzuz, Swizz Beatz and Timberland has sold the popular Verzuz to Triller

Reportedly, after Swizz Beatz and Timberland signed a deal to give Verzuz to the Triller Network, they became larger stake holders in the Triller company and have allocated a portion of their equity to the artists who participated in the Verzuz battle.

“This is a momentous occasion not only for Verzuz and Triller but the music business as a whole,” Swizz Beatz and Timbaland said in a joint statement shared to Complex via email on Tuesday. “By putting Verzuz in the Triller Network ecosystem and expanding the Verzuz brand to be side by side with the powerful Triller app, we will be able to continue to grow and evolve the music business as a whole, as we have been doing."

Both Timberland and Swizz Beats will continue to see things through and will serve as brand visionaries.
