Stars fall short against Avalanche 4-3
The Dallas Stars had an intense game against the Colorado Avalanche on Sunday, in which the Stars were defeated in OT 4-3
Dallas scored two goals early on, but they could not stop Colorado's superstars in Riley Tufter, Fevon Toews, Fredrik Olofsson, and Oskar Olausson as each of these players scored goals. Down by two goals, the Stars put on a miracle run and scored two goals in the third period to force OT. Tiredness was the key factor in OT, because Dallas had opportunities to get the puck in the net to end Colorada's night, but either a shooter hit the puck at the wrong angle, or they forced shots.
Olausson, I guess was like me hurry up and get my team to bed, because he scored, after Jonanthan Drouin gave him a wonderful dish to the goal line to end the Star's night. Even though this is preseason play, the Stars continue to show fight. This was the second consecutive game that the Wings had to fight from behind to make it a game late in the period.
