Matthew Stafford and crew had a tough time stopping the Arizona Cardinals as they fell 41-10

You would think that the Rams would take advantage of the Cardinals and get an easy win, but as Week 2 proved, they are no easy wins in the NFL. LA had a tough time getting their offensive rolling. Stafford had 121 total yards and only six first downs in the first half. Without Puka in the line-up, their young wide receiving core had trouble being a threat down the field. There were a couple of times that Stafford could have launched the ball down the field, but the receivers were covered pretty tight.

Down 24-3, at the start of the second half, the Rams wanted to cut into the Cardinals' lead, but that was just not the case. LA could not get any productive drives going. From throwing the ball down the field to running the ball on the ground, the Rams just struggled to put any offense together. They scored a touchdown late, which didn't even matter because the game was outside of reach 41-10. Stafford finished 19 of 27 for 216 yards.
