Packers shock Cowboys in Wildcard

All you need is LOVE is what Green Bay is saying tonight after Jordan Love had a phenomenal game. In his playoff debut, he finished 16/21 with 272 yards and 3 touchdowns. In a stunning 48-32 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Sunday's wild-card game, the Green Bay Packers handed the Cowboys their first home loss since 2022. Aaron Jones rushed for three touchdowns and Darnell Savage returned an interception 64 yards for a touchdown. Romeo Doubs torched the Cowboys with a career-high 151 yards receiving yards on the day.

The Packers jumped out to a 27-0 lead in this game and didn't look back. This had Cowboys fans saying not again. At AT&T Stadium, the Packers have never lost - including a Super Bowl victory over Pittsburgh in 2010.

As a result of the loss, question marks will be raised about Dallas coach Mike McCarthy after the Cowboys lost their playoff opener at home for the second time in three postseasons. Maybe a Bill Belichick signing would be something to keep an eye on.

With three touchdown passes to tight end Jake Ferguson, Prescott finished 41 of 60 for 403 yards. You shouldn't be fooled by those numbers since a lot of them came late in the game against soft coverage. I call them garbage time stats or empty calorie numbers.

Green Bay will visit top-seeded San Francisco in the divisional round next weekend.
