Norte Dame earns a spot in the National Championship game

With a chance to earn a spot in the National Championship game, Notre Dame had to dig deep in the second half to defeat Penn State 27-24.
For majority of the first half, Notre Offense could not get going and was sputtering with get any productive drives going. I don't know what was said in the locker room at the end of the half, but it was different team that cam out in the second hafe. Notre Dame and crew scored three touchdowns in a blink of an eye and tied the game up with under four minutes left in regulation.
Their defense came up huge as they picked off Drew Allar with under a minute and a few snaps later got a go-ahead field goal by Mitch Jeter to send Penn State home. Riley Leonard finished the game with 233 yards,1 touchdown, 2 picks and coming in for him at times Steve Angeli finished 6 out 7 for 44 yards.
