MTV Video Music Awards Return to New Jersey's Prudential Center with Epic Performances

Mayor Baraka underscored the city's role as a catalyst for artistic expression, noting its contribution to various genres, from America's first-known composer in 1759 to the vibrant jazz scene of the 1920s.
