MiLaysia Fulwiley scores 24 points in a W

In South Carolina's second straight win, MiLaysia Fulwiley scored 24 points in a 82-54 victory over Vanderbilt.  Joyce Edwards added 17 points and 12 rebounds for the Gamecocks. Te-Hina Paopao had 13. 


Vanderbilt lost its second straight game since Mikayla Blakes set a freshman scoring record with 55 points at Auburn. Khamil Pierre grabbed 10 rebounds and scored 14 points on Sunday. Blakes scored 19 points on Sunday.


Gamecocks go into the final week hoping Texas loses one of its last three games for a shot at the SEC regular-season title.


Securing a victory against Vanderbilt and maintaining momentum with consecutive wins can significantly boost the team morale for South Carolina.
