A Purpose Beyond Music
This year, the GRAMMY telecast carries a renewed sense of purpose, aiming to raise additional funds to support Los Angeles wildfire relief efforts while honoring the selflessness of first responders. In light of the recent wildfires, many traditional GRAMMY Week events have been canceled or reformatted to maximize support for those affected. The Recording Academy and MusiCares® have already distributed over $4 million in emergency aid to more than 2,000 individuals within the music community impacted by the wildfires.
