Lakers' offense falls flat in blowout loss to Chicago 146-115

Prior to tipoff, it was announced that LeBron James was returning back in the line-up after having a groin injury for the last few weeks. You would expect the Lakers' offense to explode since they have their superstar ion the court but that did not happen. Outside of Luka Doncic, James, and Austin Reaves, LA struggled to find their range and rhythm. All three of the players mentioned combined for 76 points, while the rest of the crew just flat out could not sink the ball in the basket even if they tried.
LA allowed the Bulls to have six players in double figures. After the loss, JJ Reddick had a lot to say about the Lakers' intensity. “The disposition and the mentality, I don’t know if we assume because we had everybody back that it was just gonna be like it was three weeks ago, and that’s just not the way this works,” Redick said. “The guys know that. And I’m not saying that’s what they assumed. "The thing that we have talked about all season long, though, is grace. And so, the group inherently gets some grace for what this last three weeks has looked like. And it’s not an excuse. It’s just the nature of where a group felt very connected and then you lose some games on the road, you have some injuries, all that stuff."
