KD's 21 points helped the Sun defeat the Pistons

The Phoenix Suns secured a 105-97 preseason victory against the Detroit Pistons, led by Kevin Durant's standout performance of 21 points. Durant showcased his efficiency, shooting 8-of-12 from the field and 4-of-6 from three-point range. The Suns' rookies also made an impact, particularly Ryan Dunn, who demonstrated both defensive and offensive skills. Despite a tough night for veteran Bol Bol, Phoenix stayed in control, highlighted by a critical 20-0 run that solidified their lead.


Kevin Durant finished with 21 points and shot 4-of-6 from beyond the arc, while Jalen Duren of the Pistons contributed 17 points and 5 rebounds, shooting 6-of-9. The Suns entered halftime with a 53-46 lead, overcoming a sluggish offensive performance in the second quarter. A key 20-0 run in the third quarter allowed the Suns to extend their lead and secure the win.
