Jersey Wolfenbarger had 18 points and 15 rebounds in her first start this season, helping No. 4 LSU secure the win 85-57 against Louisiana-Lafayette

It was a good day for LSU (12-0) as five players scored in double figures, including senior Aneesah Morrow who finished with 15 points and 15 rebounds.   As for the starters, Mikaylah Williams had 12 points, while Flau'Jae Johnson had 11, while reserve guard Kailyn Gilbert finished with 14.


Louisiana-Lafayette (4-4) was led by guard Tamiah Robinson with  15 points on   4-of-7 3-point shooting.  Erica Lafayette, a transfer from Rutgers, had 12.


Jersey Wolfenbarger's dominant performance was instrumental in setting the tone for LSU's victory. Her ability to contribute significantly on both ends of the court with 18 points and 15 rebounds provided a crucial boost for the team. This impressive showing highlights her potential to be a key player in LSU's pursuit of success this season.
