Free Riders takes home win in Kid Rock's first ever Rock N Roll Rodeo

Arlington- After a long night of PBR excitement, team Free Riders took home the bacon and pride, as they were victorious in the Kidd Rock's inaugural Rock N Roll Rodeo.

From start to finish the Free Riders were dominate in Round 1, winning three Gold Medals in that category and completed the night by winning four of the disciplines in the championship round. Bareback riding champion Bobby Mote and Women’s Rodeo Championship Commissioner Linsay Rosser-Sumpter won $500,000 for their victory.

The inaugural Kid Rock’s Rock N Rodeo then came down to a thrilling and exciting, nail-biting race for the e $1 million dollar prize. Repeating their success that started the night, the Free Riders’ Mayes again delivered her team a victory. Her 18.80-second run beat the 19.60-second run from the Misty Mountain Hop’s Wenda Johnson. With their win, the Free Riders earned $500,000, with each athlete and coach earning $27,778.
