Fulwiley, a rising junior, will join the Tigers with two years of eligibility remaining. LSU is looking to return to the Final Four for the second time in coach Kim Mulkey’s tenure with the program.

During her time at South Carolina, Fulwiley was known for her remarkable performances, consistently leading her team in scoring and assists. She was a two-time All-SEC selection and played a pivotal role in South Carolina's journey to the NCAA tournament. Her ability to perform under pressure and her knack for clutch plays have earned her a reputation as a formidable competitor on the court.

With the Tigers, Fulwiley will be paired with star guard Flau’jae  Johnson. Johnson is expected to be one of the top picks in the 2026 WNBA Draft. Johnson was a first-team all-SEC and third-team All-American this past season, and she has been clear about her desire to win a second national title before leaving Baton Rouge. The Tigers won the national championship in Johnson’s freshman season in 2023. LSU finished 31-6 last season and lost in the Elite Eight for the second consecutive year.

Mikaylah WilliamsMiLaysia Fulaway, Flau'jae Johnson could be a dangerous trio in the SEC as they combine their scoring ability, defensive skills, and basketball IQ.  They could make LSU a top contender in the conference and a serious threat in the NCAA tournament and establish themselves as one of the most exciting and dynamic teams in women's college basketball.  With their combined talent and determination, they have the potential to lead LSU to another deep tournament run and possibly another national championship.
