Former NXT champion Ilija Dragunov headlines star studded WWE Draft 2024

The 2024 WWE draft is officially in the books as both stars from Raw and Smackdown head into the summer months in full gear with some new storylines that will shake wrestling fans to its core. Some major rules were in place in this draft that haven’t been in place in years past such as. All current champions weren’t eligible to be drafted, they were to stay on their current brand. Outside of the champions more than 90 stars were assigned to the Raw or SmackDown brands, including some NXT talent that got called up to the main roster. Most stars ended up staying put with the brand they already represented, but others will make a switch that could lead to new challengers for championships.

Some major returns happened yesterday on Raw as former multi-time champion Braun Stroman made his return from neck surgery and was drafted to Raw after confronting Logan Paul and Patrick Maholmes. A total of seven NXT superstars graduated to the main roster. The new list of rosters are as follows.
