Former NBA Superstar throws poker event in Las Vegas
Vegas- Four-time NBA champion Tony Parker threw an intimate and competitive poker event in "Sin City" this past weekend.
During the 53rd World Series of Poker,, Parker held his own little competition that was tense, but filled with a lot of laughter and jokes. The invite only event kicked off inside of Paris Las Vegas. Parker and his friends dealt some blows to each other, before Parker ended his run. After it was all said and done, Parker stated that he was going to attend the tournament next year.
This year’s Main Event is underway, as opportunites to earn a gold bracelet still remains for poker players, with more than 15 online and in-person bracelet events scheduled through Wednesday, July 20. The full WSOP tournament schedule can be found at WSOP.com/tournaments.
