CNN and Politico announce partnership for 2024 political conventions

CNN and POLITICO announced a partnership today to bring back the Republican National Committee (RNC) and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) convention Grills that created dining and entertainment experiences.  The debut will come at the RNC Convention in Milwaukee, WI on July 15-18, and at the DNC Convention in Chicago, IL on August 19-22.  Credentialed VIPs, attendees, will have a curated menu specific to each city.  Chief Operating Officer of CNN Worldwide, David Leavy, emphasized, “The CNN Grills attract the most consequential decision makers, policymakers and leaders from across the government, journalism and politics to one central location at both parties’ national conventions.” The partnership will bring two brands together to create a curated experience in each convention city.
