Clippers get a W over the Heat to start the New Year off right

At first, a lot of people were concerned that the James Harden trade was a fluke, because Harden and the three potential HOF'ers were not getting wins. However, the Clippers turned it on in the month of December and had a lot of people in the league a bit scare of what they could do offensively in the near future.

Going into the new year, LA wanted to build around the month that they had, and they did that by knocking Miami in the mouth with a 121-104 victory. Harden is finding himself by not forcing the offense and letting PG 13 and Kawhi Leonard find their stride. In this game, Leonard and George combined for 47 points, while Harden dished out 10 dimes along with 15 points. It seemed like the Clippers could not miss as they shot a sound 58% from the field. After the victory, Coach Lou talked about the importance of building off of each win and being locked in on both sides of the ball.
