Clemson's offense was led by Cade Klubnik and Phil Mafah as they defeated Virginia 48-31 in sixth consecutive win

Klubnik completed 23 of 35 passes for 308 yards and 3 touchdowns and Mafah ran for 78 yards and 2 touchdowns. With an awful interception early in the game, Clemson's quarterback looked out of sorts as Virginia converted it into a touchdown and a 10-3 lead. This was the first time the 10th-ranked Tigers trailed at home in four games this season. That's when the Tigers and Captain Cade got rolling, scoring 35 straight points to put things away.

The 20 touchdown passes Klubnik has thrown this year are a career-high for him, surpassing the 19 touchdown passes he threw last year, his first year as a starter. Clemson's defense played great all game. Virginia made it look close scoring 21 points in garbage time, but in all honesty it was a blowout.

This impressive winning streak underscores Clemson's dominance in their conference and bolsters their chances of securing a top spot in the national rankings. It also reflects the team's resilience and ability to overcome adversity, as demonstrated by their comeback against Virginia. Maintaining such momentum is crucial as they head into the latter part of the season, where every game becomes increasingly significant
