Clemson ranked 14th in Coaches' Poll

On Monday, the coaches' polls were announced, and the Clemson Tigers were ranked 14th in the league. Now, one would think why the Tigers were ranked that high. After having a 9-4 overall record and having a 4-4 in conference, some fans were skeptical of the ranking.

Clemson has had trouble finding that quarterback that could take them deep in the playoffs but has not had that success since Trevor Lawrence was drafted in the NFL. Outside of that, some of the coaching decisions the last two years by Dabo Swinney have been a bit questionable. It seems like his early success has faded and recently a lot of fans have been calling for him to be fired.

Outside of all the outside noise, the Tigers have some upcoming receivers that have looked fairly nice in practice, but could they put that together throughout the season. It's going to be an interesting season for the Tigers.
