Orlando- Milwaukee Bucks dropped Game 1 against the Miami Heat, 115-104.

The Bucks kept the Heat in the game in the first half, as they turned the ball over 11 times. Brook Lopez had one heck of a half, as he scored 19 points and had 1 rebound. Lopez stretched the Heat' defense out, as he pulled out his post moves, hit mid range shots, and hit a couple of three pointers. The Heat managed to frustrate Giannis Antetokounmpo who had 9 points in the half. Miami did a good job stopping the spin move of Giannis and forcing him to take shots that he was uncomfortable with. At the end of the half, the Bucks was holding onto a 63-60 lead.

In the second half, the Heat slowed down the Bucks and made them play at their pace. Jimmy Butler was aggressive as he dominated the smaller defenders that switched on him. Butler had 10 points in the third quarter that sparked a 32-23 run in the quarter. Miami had a 92-86 lead at the end of the third quarter. With under four minutes left in regulation and the Bucks down by three, the Bucks could not stop Butler from getting to his spots on the floor, as he hit back to back threes to extend the heat's lead. Butler was too much for the Bucks, as the Heat steal Game1. Giannis finished the game with 18 points, 9 assists, and 10 points. The Bucks had five players in double figures. Butler finished with 40 points, 2 assists, and 4 rebounds.
