Beyonce hits gold with nine nods in the upcoming Grammy Chase

Beyonce', who is one of the most influential artists in this era has racked up nine nods for the upcoming Grammys with her newest album. Alongside Beyonce, is Kendrick Lamar brining in eight. Adele is right on the edge, coming in with seven, while a shocking six nods was granted to Mary J Blige.

Even though it is just nominations, the excitement of awards season is right around the corner. Here is what the CEO of the Recording Academy had to say about the joy of the nominations. "Celebrating the miracle of music is at the core of everything we do at the Recording Academy and today we are proud and honored to celebrate music's power to lift people up and to bring them together," said Harvey Mason jr., CEO of the Recording Academy. The final round of GRAMMY voting, which will determine GRAMMY recipients, will take place Dec. 14, 2022–Jan. 4, 2023. The 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards will return to Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena on Sun, Feb. 5, 2023, and will broadcast live on the CBS Television Network and stream live and on-demand on Paramount+ at 8-11:30 p.m. ET/5-8:30 p.m. PT
