I must say that it has been a great week for A'ja Wilson, firstly being named as the cover athlete for NBA 2K25. She then came out today and recorded her first ever 20-20 game, as well as a big victory over the Seattle Storm.

Jackie Young scored 27 points. It was her performance in the third quarter that made the difference. In the third quarter of the game, Wilson had a scary moment when she was accidentally struck in the nose by Nneka Ogwumike by mistake. It was at that point that Young took control of the game after she had to leave the court

As of right now, Las Vegas has improved to 14-7 on the season with Chelsea Gray in the lineup going 8-1. Gray finished with 11 points and six assists, and Kelsey Plum added 13 points for the Las Vegas Aces. Despite starting the game 3 of 10 from the field, Wilson had a double-double by the middle of the third quarter. Wilson scored 24 points and had 20 rebounds, which is her career high for rebounds.

Seattle's Jewell Loyd scored 28 points during the game. Skylar Diggins-Smith had 16 points and eight assists, while Ezi Magbegor also contributed 10 points and 10 boards. In the end, Nneka Ogwumike scored just nine points, ending her streak of 23 consecutive games in which she scored double digit points.
